The Velvet Garden specializes in floral expressions that tell a story through flowers and color. My work is distinctly influenced by fashion, design, architecture and photography and after a five year stint working in visual display at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills, I decided to combine my visual aesthetics of fashion, design and color with my passion for flowers and in 1995 I formed The Velvet Garden with my partner, Diane Munoz. I have spent the last 30 years cultivating my work, style and vision.
By offering unique containers and combining them with novelty flowers, I am able to express without words the style, the design, the sophistication and the vision of The Velvet Garden.
